TITLE: Retail Technician Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Retail Service
LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH
REPORTS TO: Retail Location Manger

POSITION SUMMARY:
Physical hands on entry level position within a Retail Location responsible for oil, lube and filter jobs and performing safety checks on all vehicles that receive service. Benefits include, Medical, Dental, and 401K for these full time positions.



PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing the majority of the oil, lube and filter, handling the safety checks and preventive maintenance inspections on all vehicles. Inform management on services needed and put PMI checklist into customer vehicle. Assist technicians when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Job involves close and distant vision work.

Performs mechanical service on customer vehicles and maintains good customer relations in busy work environment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain equipment in shop; daily, weekly and monthly maintenance. Repair broken equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must regularly list and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally life and/or move up to 50 pounds.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Physical hands on entry level position within a Retail Location changing,repairing, and mounting passenger vehicle tires. Benefits include, Medical, Dental, and 401K for these full time positions.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mounting, balancing and repairing tires, changing tires, shop cleanup, put away stock orders/inventory. With additional training possibly some; oil changes/minor vehicle repairs. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

TITLE:  Assistant Store Manager
DEPARTMENT: Retail - Cincinnati Market
LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH
REPORTS TO: Regional Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists store manager in answering phones and dealing with customers. Is responsible for the store when manager is off premises.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. -Works with tire techs in installation of tires and pulling tires. -Prepares daily warehouse orders for tires/parts when necessary. -Responsible for closing the store on nights and Saturdays, including deposit, running reports and paperwork. -Assists in preparing the store for inventory. -Responsible for maintaining an orderly condition in the shop and office. -Follows all company safety requirements and governmental safety regulations, including the use of protective equipment. -Assists the safety director and store manager in enforcement of protective equipment requirements and safety procedures for shop personnel. -Reports all cases of work-related injuries and vehicle damage to the store manager and to the safety director immediately; assists in incident analysis and completion of injury/damage reports when necessary. -Performs other tasks as determined by the store manager. -Supervises all store employees when the store manager is not available.
